By grace has truly been a blessing in my life! If you really want it’s at by grace! It seems to me that the only people with negative feed back about Pam or the program are people that aren’t doing the right thing ! Me I have been clean for awhile and Pamela Dukes and By grace helped me get where I’m at today

In reading a lot of the posts' reviews about this business and the staff/owner. It is apparent that there are mixed emotions about this business and rightfully so. As a person involved in this business, since the very beginning, I thank all of you for the input that you have submitted, good or bad. There are things that can be learned from the reviews of others, either what to do or what not to do. In saying that, I will elaborate further into some of the negative and positive responses, with tangible feedback. "India, you have never been here, so I'm not sure how you can rate a process you have never been in". "Chris V. the program has assisted you and your mate for years, a year of which, you were without insurance to and means to provide for yourself and you were not treated any less you or your mate, "Follmer and Rivers overly sedation is not excepted and you will not be allowed to overdose and put the program on the news negatively. "Shiflett paranoid, "No", protective yes. Being able to solicit illegal activity in the front side, back or parking lot of either program will always be addressed. William and Somer- I apologize if you think it is run down. The blood, sweat and tears that have been put in this "black owned program with no help from counterparts but God is amazing. I challenge you to send officials to the buildings, ( both of them) and let them write a review on whether it is run down or a place that does meet ALL standards and supersedes some other places. "A crack house" NEVER". Credentials to run it and Life experiences and Jesus' covering helps the owner to sustain it. Rhonda- the previous doctor is no longer there. We apologize for any negativity that was inflicted from that relationship. Some people just do not have the passion to help. Jessica- you should have probably listened and not been focused on having sex with male clients and you probably would have stayed clean and not had to experience some of the degradation you put yourself through seeking instant gratification from men. Shari O- You've never been here. Who are you anyway?James T- thank you for your support and it is a pleasure to see that in spite of the relapse you experienced, taking personal responsibility and not blaming others is a "breath of fresh air". Barbara- thank you too. I love what I do even without the assistance that other facilities can get, we can't. The standards, food and living arrangements are still exceptional. I would put my facility, the food and services' level up against the most prestigious one and I will fall in the rankings (WITHOUT THE MONIES THAT HAVE BEEN AFFORDED and OUR AGENCIES LACK OF ASSISTANCE EVEN AFTER REACHING OUT TIME AND TIME AGAIN. Andrew- if it's so terrible, why did you keep trying to get in here? Matthew- YOU CAN'T SELL PILLS IN FRONT OF MY BUILDING!!! YES, I AM INVOLVED!!!! Dennis, Greg, Nancy and all of the other positive reviews I thank you. We are far from perfect; but, one thing for sure, if you are serious about trying to get help whether you have a means to pay or not, "WE WILL ACCEPT YOU ANYTIME ANY DAY" Just as you are. Growth has and will always occur ad Jesus will be the strength of my life always. What is more hurtful than anything is the very people that have negative responses are the ones that this agency has bent over backwards to help and accommodate. Ask yourself this question: "If I took the suggestions and followed protocols would I still be using and/or would I have been further along in my process. Only you can answer that. Excellent staff that cares about your recovery.

I have been at ByGrace atleast 4 years now, maybe longer? When I first got on this program I switched from Cherry Hill ,it started getting to crazy for me over there! Please if you are thinking about changing your life, call By Grace!!!!!!!!
